Brakes - Hydraulic

Carburetor Inspections
- Adjust choke plungers
- Adjust pilor air screw
- Adjust engine idle RPM
- Adjust throttle lever free play
- Synchronize oil pump lever
- Change primary fuel filter and oil filter
Chassis
- Remove chaincase cover, flush chaincase, inspect and adjust chain, refill with new chaincase oil
- Inspect and adjust reverse cable (if equipped)
Electrical
- Check auxiliary shut-off switch
- Check brake light for proper operation
- Check tail lights
- Check headlamp security and high-low beam operation
- Check battery state of charge
Engine
- Check compression and cylinder leakage
- Replace spark plug(s)
- Inspect primary clutch for wear (weights/rollers/brushings)
- Inspect secondary clutch for smooth operation

- Check and adjust belt tension
- Adjust engine torque stop (if equipped)

Ski/Suspension
- Check ski toe alignment
- Inspect ski wear bars, replace if worn to 1/2 original diameter
- Check rear suspension fasteners for tightness
- Adjust track tension and align track
- Inspect track for damage
- Inspect rear suspension wheels, bearings and hi-fax
- Lubricate rear suspension pivotal shafts
- Check all suspension mounting fasteners
ATV
Engine
- Change oil and filter
- Inspect air filter, pre-cleaner and engine breather filter
- Inspect carburetor air intake ducts/flange for proper sealing/air leaks
- Inspect fuel system: Lines filters, and carburetor for leaks
- Cooling system: check coolant strength, fill level, and inspect hoses (repair and replace if needed)
- Radiator: inspect and clean external surface
- Replace head and base gaskets and seals
Electrical
- Replace spark plug(s)
- Battery: clean terminal, check fluid level, and charge
- Lights: check headlamp, tail lamp, running lamps and brake lamp (replace or repair if needed)
- Check switches (headlamp, brake, AWD, key, etc.) for proper operations (repair or replace if needed)
- Verify brake and throttle controls move freely
Chassis
- General Lubrication: check front hub fluid or bearings. Grease chassis. Change fluid or pack wheel bearings as needed
- Transmission/Gear Case: change fluid, check shift adjustments, check for leaks (repair if needed)
- Drive Chain: inspect, adjust, and lubricate
- Brakes: check fluid level in master cylinder, and lever travel. Fill, repair, and replace if needed
- Check suspension fasteners for proper torque
PERSONAL WATERCRAFT
- Change engine oil and oil filter
- Inspect and change air filter
- Charge/test battery and charging system
- Compression test and change spark plug(s)
- Lube and adjust cables
- Inspect and lube pump, propeller, intake grate and wear ring
- Inspect exhaust system for leaks
- Lube throttle body
- Grease PTO/lube carbon ring and zerk fittings
- Inspect fuel system and clean sediment bowl/change fuel filter
- Test run and sit idle
- Clean and seal engine bay
- Complete multi-point inspection

- Clean or replace fuel or air filter
- Service mower deck
- Inspect for deck damage, drive belt condition, blade belt condition and repair or replace if needed
- Remove and sharpen blades
- Grease mower deck spindles and wheels
- Check and correct air pressure in tires
- Check mower deck and re-level
- Pressure wash machine
- Test run engine and adjust carburetor
